Join the Springdale Neighborhood Association for an afternoonfilled with fun, food, and festivities as we come together toembrace the spirit of community and the beauty of spring. Our block party promises something for everyone.
Great Springdale Cleanup
Come meet your neighbors and clean up Springdale!
Join us at 9am at 1105 N Tacoma Ave for coffee and donuts. We will then go block by block, street by street, alley by alley, and Keep Springdale Beautiful.
The packer truck will start at 12pm, so we ask neighbors that if they want their leaves and debris bags picked up, to please clean up and have your bags out on the sidewalk or easily seen in the alley before then - volunteers will be following the packer truck going through the neighborhood and throwing any trash inside.
If you just want to throw stuff in the truck, meet us at 12.
To note; we will not have a dumpster this time.
Lunch w/ Neighbors
On Arsenal Tech’s Campus lives a restaurant run by culinary students learning about the food industry.
Join Springdale neighbors for lunch on Friday 03/08 at noon to support a neighborhood gem. Please RSVP by 03/01 - limited space available.
They accept cash or card.
Should be a fun experience!

Nowland Oak Park Cleanup
KIB has a youth group coming to clean up the park. All are invited to join and help.
INRC Grant - Neighborhood Walkthrough
The SNA will be going for a grant from the INRC (Indy Neighborhood Resource Center), with funding from the City through an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Allocation. Round 4 is due in October. During the Spring Fling, we had a vote and neighborhood support to redo the signs on the telephone poles and to add entrance signs to our neighborhood. We would love to have neighbor input on locations and design.

Pogue’s Run Tunnel Exploration
Ever wanted to explore the underground Pogue's Run Tunnel that runs underneath downtown? Us too!
Come join a group as we get dropped off at one end and make our way back, stopping somewhere for lunch and drinks after! Please RSVP to springdaleindy@gmail.com by July 19th.

Join us at 8am for coffee and donuts. We will then go block by block, street by street, alley by alley, and Keep Springdale Beautiful. We will have a packer truck going through the neighborhood while volunteers follow behind throwing trash into it. Please join us even if you only have an hour, help out as long and whenever you can!
We ask neighbors that if they want their leaves and debris bags picked up, to please clean up and have your bags out on the sidewalk or easily seen in the alley by Friday April 14th for volunteers to throw on the packer truck.
This is not an opportunity for your old mattresses and sofas to be cleared out, there’s large trash pickup for that, so please be respectful of the KIB dumpster.
