As you have probably observed, Springdale is full of development and transition, but it is our neighbors who make Springdale great. This is a neighborhood where you often find several friends sharing evenings on our porches or helping each other with plans and projects. We want to ensure that our neighborhood continues to be an inclusive, safe, fun and diverse place.

Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB) is an environmental and community nonprofit that works with neighbors and volunteers to create vibrant public spaces, helping people and nature thrive. They plant trees and native landscapes, build greenspaces, pick up litter, and engage learners of all ages to make Indy cleaner, greener and safer for everyone.
If every Springdalian does a little bit,
it makes a huge difference.
The Springdale Neighborhood Association hosts a bi-annual Great Springdale Cleanup in collaboration with KIB.
